Finca Casa Alarcón enjoys an ideal place for the cultivation of olive trees, due to its location in the mountains at an altitude of 650 metres and particular weather conditions which are characterised by the regions prevailing wind, abundant sunlight and a dry climate with warm summers and cold winters, which guarantees pests and disease are kept to a minimum.
Our quality policy always looks for excellence, from the cultivation of our olive groves to the production of the oils, taking utmost care of the varietal selection, the plantation, irrigation and organic fertilisers control.
The oil mill is equipped with the latest technology. Its position, in the heart of the estate and surrounded by the olive grove, guarantees immediate entry of the olive into the mill as it is collected and complete control of the production at every stage of the process.
In Finca Casa Alarcón we obtain our olive oils by cold-press system (maximum 27º), stored in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature in a nitrogen inert atmosphere and bottled unfiltered.
All our production undergoes exhaustive physicochemical tests and an oficial tasting screening in order to check that they fully comply with the demanding quality standards set up by the International Olive Council.
