Our location is unique, in the town of Caudete, Albacete, Castilla la Mancha, at an altitude of 650 metres in a valley formed by the steep mountain ranges Sierra del Cuchillo and Sierra Oliva. We beneÞt from a deeply-rooted Manchegan culture inßuenced by the Mediterranean nature of the Spanish eastern coast.
