The 5,500 sheep that make up the herd at Finca Casa Alarcón are bred in an environment ideal for their breed under constant veterinary supervision and strict sanitary and morphological inspection. A computerized inspection of genetic evaluation is also carried out, protected by AGRAMA (National Association of Manchegan Select Ovine Livestock Breeders).
They feed on natural fodder from our own farming, essentially, grains, leguminous plants, grass and fruit flesh. The lambs are bred with the latest technology in a sterilised environment protected from harsh climate and automatic temperature and humidity checks.
